step 5

THE LIVE OPTIONS

Section 1 - the LIVE OPTIONS. Here you can create settings in real time. Simply select the option you require and then use the displayed  control to make the necessary adjustment.

For Example: If you select "Gap Song" you will be able to use the slider to set how many music tracks to play between stage shows to control the frequency of performances. You can increase or decrease this as you wish at any time during the session.

From here you can also set how many dancers to call, set closing time and last orders, songs to dance to and how many "away songs" to call (For example "Star you are 2 songs away from the main stage")

STEP 6

OK, So providing you have your LIVE PLAYLIST and your DANCERS ready in your rotation, we are ready to go.

First of all press the play button at the bottom of the music player to begin the LIVE PLAYLIST. Next press the AUTO STAGE CALLS button near the bottom of the rotation to call your first dancer (at the top)

You will hear the DJ call the entertainer and you will see that her name tile is now flashing red to highlight that the rotation is now live and that you are waiting for the entertainer to check in.

STEP 7

So now you have a few options to how you answer the stage call.

One way is for the entertainer or somebody on her behalf to select the flashing tile to accept the call and check in.

Another way is to use the extended "check in" button that we provide. It can be extended from the computer up to 5 meters. Entertainers simply press it when they hear their  call.

It is also an option to completely disable the check in procedure so that when an entertainer is called they get only one stage called followed by their on stage introduction.

For this to work effectively entertainers must know to be at the stage ready to perform after the single stage call.

ANSWERING STAGE CALLS AND CHECKING IN

STEP 8

When the check in has completed successfully the entertainers songs and name tile will change to yellow to indicate that the stage call has been answered and they will be announced on stage at the start of the next track.

When the next track starts so does the live performance. The DJ will make the necessary introduction and her the songs and status will change to green to indicate that the stage show is now live
